To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items match the following safety standards: • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original brand tags completely attached. • Packaging: Products must be placed back inside their original protective bags or boxes. • Exclusions: Due to hygiene standards, certain personal goods such as earrings, undergarments, or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Once your return package arrives at our facility and undergoes inspection, we will immediately process your refund.
